Seriously, that is one thing I noticed a long time ago about Republicans and part of what made me switch parties to democrat.

There seems to be this mentality in the Republican party to constantly blame ANYTHING or ANYBODY else you can for whatever downfall you see in the country at that moment.

That could be gays demoralizing our nation to those darn anti-patriot treasonist liberals. LOL

If the republicans have "control" of the White House and Congress -- they should be able to move things through with no troubles, right? Well - insert the Democrats and we have a roadblock. That is why they get the blame and if it was reversed -- we'd still be hearing the same crying. We need to drop the labels of political parties and just vote for what is best for the country.

Honestly, most people probably don't know the difference between a Republican and a Democrat. Just like most people don't know the name of their Representative or Senator. Most people don't vote. I believe only about 40% showed up this election. And, for many of those who did they probably just pressed one button at the beginning of the ballot for a straight party vote, either supporting or denouning the president.

Civic studies in the U.S. really need to be improved.

Republicans blame Democrats for everything. They never want to admit their own faults and failings.

don't confuse them with the facts. It is Republican strategy to rally the troops with. You must be able to blame someone else to focus attention away from anything you might be doing that you don't want anyone to see. It is called the "big lie."
