I would choose operant. Sadly to say,as humans, we are victims of both. When i was in high-school, hearing the bells(then rushing to whichever class or lunch) had me classically. On the other hand, when my mother/father would reward me with shpping if I did certain chores in or around the house, which inspired me to do whichever task for whatever I wanted. Go figure...

Classical conditioning is the association of stimulus with an event that allows us to make preditions about events.
Operant conditioning is the association of behaviors with consequences that allows us to predict outcomes of our actions.

I would choose operant because an example of classical conditioning would be having an uncontrollable fear of heights or spiders from a previous bad experience with them and an example of operant conditioning is more of a "okay I did this and it sucked so I'm not going to do it again." You would have more of a choice in operant conditioning.
