There is no link between the North Lorea Testing a nuclear device and Iran enriching Uranium.

How can we say that Iran has enriched Uranium. This is a continous proess and no date can be given for it.

North Korea timed its tests to concide with the selection of new secretary general of United Nations Ban Ki Moon os south Korea.
They know that USA is strangled in Iraq and Afghanistan. They know that the US Government is facing alot of problems over its foreign policy and morever the elections of Congress and Senate are near.
Japan has a new Primeminister thus he is not in a position to give strong reply.
Thus it was a perfect time to test.
