I waited to have sex until I was married, but to achieve that feat, I fooled around quite abit beforehand. I've been married now since July, and I'm not sure if i've popped the cherry yet. We have sex for three days in a row, maybe two times a day, but he's in the Navy and is gone quite a bit. Sex is still quite painful for me, and I've never really bled. The only time that sex isn't painful for me is when I'm ovulating, drunk, or on my period (I know gross.) Normally it's during penetration, but lately it's stayed. The only other time this happened was two months ago, during the same spot in my cycle, when I happened to be pregnant but didn't know it-lost the baby. I had a normal pap then. How long after you loose your virginity does sex hurt? Does early pregnancy produce painful sex? Can you have sex but not pop your cherry? I have wierd CM, it doesn't smell at all and is white, but it's the consistancy of powder, no other irritation. Doc says nothings wrong, I think there is. You?

Im sorry to say this, but intercourse could be painful for the rest of your life. Some people have exceptionally strong muscles surrounding the vagina. These muscles are what are more than likely hurting you. The reason it hurts less when you have certain situations is because you are not as nervous about sex so your body doesnt tense up those muscles. My suggestion is that you go into this slowly and make sure you are totally comfortable with everything thats happening. Another suggestion is to get a toy and get comfortable inserting something into your vagina. This will help you not be so nervous and maybe even stretch out the muscles a bit so its not so painful. It is possible to have no popped your cherry, however in many cases the hymen does not break as much as stretch and it would have been broken most likely by now. As far as the CM, I would not be too worried if the doc says nothing is wrong. However if you are seriously worried, go to a different doc for a second diagnosis. Good luck and I hope I helped ya.

Dyspareunia or painful intercourse occurs when there is an organic problem in your vaginal tract. Do you have hormonal problems that might cause dryness? Infections also cause dypareunia, and one of the most common causes is trichomoniasis, caused by the Protozoan Trichomonas vaginalis. It is somewhat a sexually transmitted infection, so you might have gotten it before, and transferred to your husband, who is now transmitting it back. Diagnosis is easy as only a smear of your vaginal fluid is examined under the microscope, much like a Pap smear. Also, you might be suffering from lacerations caused by too frisky a sexual encounter. Your OB-Gyn will definitely be able to discuss with you all possible causes of your condition, as what I've said here are only some of them.

It used to be painful for me also - for years. You know what helped me? Yogurt and Acidophilus supplements. I regularly eat yogurt (almost everyday) and I take Acidophilus capsules every night. No more painful sex ever since. The pain could be yeast infection - who knows?

Sometimes, too much pressure or not enough lubrication during sex cause pain. Just relax. If there's no infection, you'd be fine soon. With regular sex, the pain will diminish eventually.
