front/ side crunches/ knee ups.
LOW carbs, low saturated fat diet. think natural- fruit vegetables- uncooked, lean meats, cut down on breads/ carbs, drink plenty of water
Spot reduction is possible, unless the rest of you is out of shape too.
Keep at it- daily or even 2x per day- speedier results., it will happen !

RELACORE. That stuff really does work. Use it in conjunction with Chromium Picolinate (800 MG) and Zantrex 3. I used this and within a month I lost 10 pounds. Mostly from my belly, and everyone noticed that my belly from pregnancy was gone.

several small meals the size of your fist maybe six times a day .
raw veggetables some fruit and whole grain no fats or simple carbs nor meats ,chicken, fish nor dairy products unless no fat . drink a gallon of water a day! if this is impossible follow it to a percentage till you adjust.

doing only abbs exercises wont help you you need to first reduce weight. If you do abbs exercises there will be abbs but you wont be able to see them coz there is fat on top of it. Do cardio exercises like treadmill and along with it do some abbs exercises that will help but concentrate more on cardio.

do 45 mins of sit ups each day...even if they are half assed sit ups...it works...believe me...id show you my 6 pack but its kind of hard on the computer
