~Since when is drinking and driving against the law? The parking lot is to give guys a place to nail drunken broads they pick up inside so they don't have to take them home.

Well, you can still drive as long as your Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) is under the legal limit. Which is .08 here in California. So, for those motorists, a parking lot makes sense.

the only way really is to either have a sober driver and who wants to go out and hang with a bunch of drunk friends having a blast and u gotta be the only one sober and it makes it kinda a crapy night having a converstion with someone while there really tipsy and ur sober isnt excatly fun, or take a cab.. anyother way they will find something to get u with if u walk home its public intoxiation, if u drive u get a dui which i understand that one but thats about the only i understand other then that u got me

not all,but most they drive to the bar,and when they drunk,they leave there cars and parking lots,and take a cab home,or sleeping in the car till they sober.in the morning.

centred drivers. now and back I park there and bypass to a eating place close by, if theres no eating place parking. or i'm going tocontinual there, drink, take a cab residing house and somebody willcontinual me back to %. up my motor vehicle. Saves having to pay for one holiday. workers?
