Meaning, have there been extensive tests on certain subjects that succeed so often that they cannot possibly be due to luck? Does extra-sensory perception exist?

Why not? There are huge portions of the brain that we know nothing about. Why can't we be evolving traits like ESP? Why couldn't we have latent traits like ESP that have entered the phenotype of some individuals?

We're not going to get an answer on this question until the mainstream of the scientific community stop going "Ooh! That doesn't fit our narrow view, It must not be true!" and do experiments that provide negative or positive confirmation.
