Just as the others have mentioned, Monterey Park. Many of the Chinese from China Town in L.A. have been uprooted and/or priced out of their places with the renovations and have moved to Monterey Park.
My aunt (who is from Beijing) and uncle live in China half of the year, but when they come out here, they visit Monterey Park rather than L.A.

Ditto on Monterey Park. NBC is really wild with lots of frenzied activity and staff which barely understands anything except Mandarin Chinese. But who cares when you can fill up on all sorts of dishes at roughly $20 per head and go away completely satisfied.

China Town.

Broadway is where we get off from the 101.
