HEIGHT A PROB.
BUT AT 15 CAN STILL MAKE 511 TO 6'

5 IS SLOW FOR 40.
TO SLOW FOR HALF-BACK.
OK FOR FULLBACK.

WORK ON RUNNING BACK WITH POWER SHORT YARD AND BALL PROTECTION AND SHORT YARDAGE PASSES.

WORK ON BOTH OFFENSIVE AND DEF LINES.

KEEP RUNNING IN YOUR PLANS.
RUNNING RUNNING RUNNING.
THAT IS WHERE SO MANY YOUNG PEOPLE GO WRONG. THEY
HIT THE WEIGHT AT AN EARLIER AGE (15)KILL THE BODY BREAK IT DOWN.. BONES STILL FORMING--
YOU GOT STRENGTH NOW RUN..
YOU WANT HEIGHT NOT STUNT YOURSELF.

YOU'LL BE TO SLOW TO MOVE LATERAL--START THAT RUNNING AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE WEIGHT PILE AS MUCH UNTIL YOU GET 17 OR 18.

So here's my 2 cents worth.
you can press 750 - which is the whole stack -
how much can you squat?

You're 15.
You play where the coach puts you.
With your size and speed I would think linebacker might be a good place for you.

In time you will get faster, but you're pretty heavy - I imagine next year or so you'll have a good growth sequence and you'll grow right into the linebacker mold well.

Weene yourself off of the leg press machine and into squats...leg press is fine after that for additional workload. But you want to focus on power and a strong power base.

Good luck

juice. call up barry. he's got plenty of roids. but seriously dude, the reason why you might only run a 4.9 is you have TOO MUCH muscle mass on your legs. and if you wanna play linebacker with that speed its going to have to be inside. too slow for outside. and if you wanna be like ray lewis, go murder someone, and if you wanna be like urlacher...umm...well, you cant be like him.

Nothing because if you can squat 750 then you are lieing or on some very cravy roids. 750 is good for NFL and College players.

first off how old are you, if you are going to grow taller then, and get bigger and faster you could play linebacker, but if your not going to get taller and faster you'll probobly going to have to play the line. think of linbackers as the 2nd most important skilled players on the field behind rb's.
