Well, pretty much whichever you choose you CAN get a virus. NONE are impenetratable. Just make sure you have an up to date virus protection. But I have yet to get a virus from SoulSeek.

DONT DOWNLOAD LIMEWIRE!!! Terrible program with spyware built in. Do a google search for limewire and spyware, you'll se what I mean.
