Not that I know of. LOL. I wonder what you have in your head? There are a lot of books though. I think the best way to persuade anyone of anything is to challenge them with questions to think on their own, and treat them with kindness, and have faith in them. Actions speak louder than words. Compassion, emphathy, and encouragement help. Constantly critisizing or belittling someone will make them hate you. You get what you give, don't you think? And there is a big difference between pursuade and manipulate. Haven't I learned the hard way. There are so many books you can get from the library though to help you on this. I find this interesting, so I have read many books on this kind of thing. I have my reasons, and I'm curious about your reasons.

Probably. I know you get books.
I doubt it works for the regular joe though. If it does it would take years of training and developing your skills.
What you need is to learn hypnotism, but it won't let you take advantage of people. Your question sounds fishy lol
