Condoms are not the best method of preventing pregnancy. Not having sex is the best method of not getting pregnant. If you are not in the market for family life, please wait. Your life will be better for it. Even Condoms tear. If you insist on being sexually active, don't trust just one method. Consider Birth Control Pills, Condoms and Thar Rhythm method, which is not having sex when you are most fertile.

I am not sure about everyone else. I guess it would depend on the guy, if he really has that much will to pull out in time. You can always get pregnant from the pre***. My husband and I did it for 10 years and never got pregnant, but we also had a hard time getting pregnant when we wanted to.

NO NO NO and NO! It is not a method, its just some crap someone tries to tell you! I have a 7 year old son... he was conceived while using this "method". Use condoms and get on birth control if you aren't ready to have kids. Also, using condoms is way less messy and you won't get STD's.

no its not a fool proof method as there are chances of leakages before the actual climax and even one drop is enough for getting u pregnant. to use condom is the best and safest method of not getting pregnant.

You will get pregnant. The sperm is still there is little amounts, enough to do the job. It might cause the chance to go down, but it's still unprotected sex.

Well, chances of getting pregnant while using this method [also known as "coitus interruptus"], correctly and consistently, have been estimated at about 30-35% per year of use. In other words, for every 100 women using this method correctly and consistently during a period of one year, between 30 and 35 of them will get pregnant during that year. Althought no contraceptive method is 100% foolproof in preventing pregnancy, if used correctly and consistently, the following methods have the highest rates of effectiveness:
-Female sterilization [99.95%]
-Male sterilization, or vasectomy [99.98%]
-Combination birth control pills [99%]
-Injectable hormonal contraceptive, or Depo-Provera [99%]
-Contraceptive implants, Implanon, Norplant [99.5%]
-Intrauterine device, or IUD, hormonal [99.99%]
-Intrauterine device, non-hormonal [99%]
-Vaginal contraceptive ring, NuvaRing [99%]
-Contraceptive transdermal patch, OrthoEvra [98.5%]
-Single-hormone birth control pills, or minipill [97%]

If you happen to have unprotected sex, or think that you weren't adequately protected, you have up to 72 hours to take the so-called "morning-after pills" or emergency contraception [Plan B, Preven]; these are over 90% effective in preventing pregnancy when taken as directed. These are NOT to be used as your regular contraceptive method, only in case of emergencies such as a condom that breaks or sexual assault. Some other, combination birth control pills can also be used as emergency contraception as follows:

-Ovral [2 white pills ASAP after unprotected sex, and 2 white pills 12 hours after the first ones]
-Lo Ovral [4 white pills ASAP after unprotected sex, and 4 white pills 12 hours after the first ones]
-Nordette [4 yellow pills ASAP after unprotected sex, and 4 yellow pills 12 hours after the first ones]
-Triphasil [4 yellow pills ASAP after unprotected sex, and 4 yellow pills 12 hours after the first ones]
- Alesse [5 pink pills ASAP after unprotected sex, and 5 pink pills 12 hours after the first ones]

I hope that my advise has been of help to you in making the right decision regarding your sexuality and contributed to your sexual health knowledge.

Oh yes! You must be sure you want a baby using that method. Honestly, I'm not sure I'd even bother unless I didn't care one way or another.

you mean pull out, no it does not work your partner will still release seman during sex (prec*m) which is said to be stronger than his actual ejaculation. There are millions of babies born from the ineffective pull out method
