it's not so much that i'm happy about it... i've just learned to live with them. i think i find it a little more worrisome nowadays just because i'm starting to notice the way people treat me knowing the reason is because of my skin color. all i do is just shrug it off.

I don't think the general population of a country dictates whether or not a person is happy. A black woman in America fits your description. Some of them are happy and some are not. And those that are not happy probably wouldn't be happy even if they lived somewhere else. Happiness comes from within.

At the same time, an Asian woman can be happy living in a no-Asian country. There are happy Chinese women in America as well!

I don't really think there is an answer for that.

It depends on the circumstances and where the Black woman ends up living compared to where she used to live.

The article you are referring to tells of a barbaric tradition.Genital mutilation but, I don't understand your question being relative to the article.I don't think a woman who has had this procedure would be happy anywhere.
