I'm a nurse and I am always giving the patients the best care that I know how. But sometimes I feel like they don't think I am doing a good job. Especially when they are in a lot of pain.

Not really. At my job I know what I am doing usually. If I done something wrong or didn't understand I go to my boss (sometimes I'm scared to which I shouldn't be) :)

I use to worry, but not so much now. It can give you illness and depression. But I know what you are talking about.

when im doing my work, it has nothing to do with what my boss wants; it has everything to do with great customer service and resolution of customer's issue, but yeah, i do understand your predicament =D
