right above my wrist, that arm area is the problem....It feels weak and everytime I pick something up or just sitting there it kind of twitches and hurts..any ideas?

If it's on the inside of the wrist might be carpal tunnel.

Carpal tunnel syndrome usually gives you numbness or tingling sensation in your thumb, index, and middle fingers. Maybe you have de Quervain's tenovaginitis. Look it up.
