Easy. Put baby in a good stroller, lace on your sneakers and get outside. Walk with the baby -- brisk walks, pushing on the stroller, not dawdling around. Find a hill. Push the stroller up the hill. Come back down, then go do it again.
You and baby will both enjoy the outings, and you'll find the baby fat melting away quickly.
Congratulations on the little one!

Weight Watchers has a program for nursing moms. Weight Watchers is a varied and safe diet and you won't feel hungry. So breastfeeding combined with Weight Watchers and long walks with kids in stroller got me from size 12 to size 8 in 8 months. Then I got pregnant again, Doh!!

If you plan on breastfeeding that really burns a lot of calories and if not just wait until the doctor give you the go ahead and start exercising but that will be after you 6 week check up

Breastfeed! Breastfeeding burn 500 extra calories a day. Also, if you don't have a c-section you can begin exercising a lot sooner after birth! If you carry your baby in a sling as you do your daily routine, you also build core strength!
