Are these boots warm?

I live in a really cold weather state and i need new boots that are water proof and warm. I was thinking about these boots but it doesn't say weatheer or no they are water proof or how well they are insulated. They are called: Adidas Women's aerosa 2 Hi. If you have them or know more about them I'd really apretiate it! Thanx :)

Uggs, are WARM but NOT water proff.
