do u belive that the use of " people will be who they want and thats what really makes the world go round" as a cliche or can incorperate with a theme of the dangers of totalatism (i know its incorrect) or a thesis statement

Yes and yes.

People will be what they want to be at a given point of time. But with the passage of time, their wants keep changing and so they keep changing and the world keeps changing. More accurately, it should be seen as an oscillation syndrome.

Yeah I suppose so if you don't have a will to do something even if you are talented in that particular department you won't be able to do it coz you won't make an effort to do it.
Likewise god has given us the choice to be what we want to be its just alot perseverence and hard work and you can be anyone you want to. So yeah I guess that makes the world go round.
