I was thinking of applying to a theme park called lego land and was wondering if its easier to work in theme parks because theres alot of employees so your not pressured as much by manager or managers. What are the Pros and Cons?

I was just at Legoland in California, and it was awesome! So there's your Pro right there: Legoland is sweet. To answer your question more exactly, it depends on why you're working... if you want to slack off and get away with it, then a big place where you're a nameless face is the place to be. However, if you have pride in your work and want to move forward, then a smaller company could be better. Either way, it's still Legoland and it kicks ***... it's got cities made out of Legos for god's sake!

I ♥ Lego Land in Cali that was sooo much fun :) I work in both you can say, Airport is big and hectic and once we're on board the plane it's small and more personal. I prefer to be on a one on one basis cuz I enjoy ppl. Management pressure is always gonna be there no matter big or small, Good Luck
