There are two lists: Section 8 housing (you pick your apartment within guidelines) and Project Housing. Look in the Blue (Gov't.) Pages of your phone book for Detroit Housing Authority. There you will find a phone number and address. Pick up an application and return it with required documents and then you will be put on the wait list.
