my stomache feels empty even when i have eaten so much, my back hurts really bad and its really hard for me to breath...what do u think this could be?

I think it could be a gastric ulcer. These often cause both stomach and back pain. The excess acid is probably being refluxed and inhaled into your lungs making you short of breath.
I had this exact same problem several years ago. Prilosec finally cured it. See a doctor and good luck.

it could be anything...it could be stress from something...lack of sleep...it could be that your getting the aches and pains before an infection or cold...
