No you're not, I 100% agree.
People get so upset that they have so much privilege and are treated like royalty, but I say that if the public would just stop caring (like I don't), then they'd fade into the background. But as long as people still TREAT them like celebrities who are better than everyone, they'll continue to act that way.

I agree. Sometimes, as uneducated and clueless some of them are, when they meddle in the more mind boggling affairs of the society, they are actually hurting the cause more than helping them. But are they intelligent enought to even realize that? But then there is Angelina Jolie, who at 30 and very beautiful, has managed to become the UN Goodwill Ambassador, and one who takes her duty seriously; She pledges a good portion of her income to charity, off the top. She has taken in a couple of children and made them an integral part of her family, who otherwise would have no chance. Education or not, that is impressive. Something most of us only talk about or plan on doing. Now that...is truly remarkable. Most of us have a lot to learn from her.

Many actors and actresses have gone to Harvard and Yale....many have gone to some very good colleges......Tommy Lee Jones is a Harvard grad.....even some famous models have attended Harvard....do you really think it's so easy to be an actor? They are useless parts of society? Is that even a sentence?!

I can't say they are all dumb, but I don't understand why people are so obsessed with them. Who cares what their baby's name is or what belt they wore. The only time I want to see them is when they are performing. Some do have interesting views and points, but a lot of stuff that is talked about by the media is ignorant.

I don't look down on them, I do pity them. They're just doing their jobs (jobs for which they are insanely overpaid) on screen, off screen, leave them alone! The rest of us would be calling the police if anyone waited around outside our jobs for us to come out, tried to follow us home, or snap pictures of us all the time. Our leaders and entertainers should have the same consideration and right to privacy the rest of us demand.
Not all of them are ignorant, unfortunately, it seems to be the least shining moments we see the most of.

I can not respect people who's job is to pretend, my three year old cousin can do that! What is even more disgusting is how much more they get paid then the heroes they depict, firefighters, paramedics, police, doctors, scientists, ect!
It really is sad when they try to "enlighten" the public, what they do not realize is that they are getting their info from a bias source and are only scaring people!

You can't blame someone for speaking their mind. I think it is sad that society (the mob) actually cares and deifies celebrities.

They are after all actors. They are in the real world far less than most of us. So you can expect that from them. But I'm sure they are still trying to be nice people.
