I promise, she is coming. Don't miss out on a natural birth because you get antsy or a doctor scares you. My daughter was 11 days late! Just remember, the more natural your birth, the sooner your recovery time and the healthier your baby, and demand that you hold her skin to skin immediately at birth, and don't let them give her a glucose bottle, breastfeed her within the first few minutes and you will never have a problem! By the way, climatic sex is good(the spasms kick it in gear), you won't blind your baby!

Walking is always a good try but basically you shouldn't push the doctor to get you going. The baby will come when it is time and you'd regret pushing it if something went wrong. Women who are induced often end up with c-sections because it wasn't time. I know it is hard to wait but it's almost time just hold on a little longer. And keep up the sex, it might help and will keep your spouse happy before he can't have none for 6 to 8 weeks! Good luck

Take a long bath, with hot water, well not to hot, lol. I've heard this helps. Also, I read this . . .

Have an enema and/or drink castor oil, both of which stimulate the bowels, which produces prostaglandin.

Drink tea with parsley or cumin seeds.

Massage nipples either with fingers or a warm towel. This stimulates the production of oxytocin, which causes uterine contractions.

I would eat curry. I walked everyday for about thirty minutes for two weeks, had sex, took hot baths but when I ate the curry on Thursday (I ate a whole pint alone) I started feeling sick friday morning and then Friday afternoon I had diarhea Friday night I was in the hospital and had her Saturday morning.

It is not good to "make" your child come. Alot of walking will help though. Just know that she will get here when she is ready, and making her come early could cause complications....or EXTREMELY long labor. With my 1st she was a week late so they started me....I SOOO wish I had just waited tell she was ready because I was in HARD labor for 22 1/2 hours because she was not ready to come! So just have patience!

Try nipple stimulation - that should get the hormones going.

Sex also works - it helps soften the cervix

But - best of all is to wait those 4 days out until your due date. Your baby will come when s/he is ready!!!

You sound like me... I'm 3 days away form my due date and the same thing has happened. But everything happens during its own time. It's a little safer for your water to break naturally. I know it frustrating (the pelvic pain, peeing all of the time, heartburn, harder and harder to move and get up) Be patient sweets.

stop trying to make it happen, none of that stuff works, the doctor told you not to have sex for six weeks before the due date didnt he? you will cause an infection that can make you infertile for the future or blind the baby, stop playing games. this is a real person.
