If you take her to an OBGYN, she doesnt have to give her an constent for a vaginal exam. ya its messed up but its her body and it she doesnt want one done than its her decison. You should talk to her and let her know that your not upset with her, even if you are dont act upset. I first had sex over 2 years ago and I the only reason I would have told my mom was for her sign the consent form for birth control. I didnt tell her because I knew she would be really upset and probably kill me. So if you want her to talk to you about it just let her know that you understand that some people get caught up in feelings and that what he did was wrong and its not her fault. Then maybe she'll talk to you. Dont try to force information out of her as it will only push her away.

But then again Im not 13 Im 17 but if my mom would have been more understanding and not so pushy I probably would have told her more things

I think the man is obviously very immature and has issues, there is nothing a man of that age can have in common with a girl that young.

Are you the mum?? can you not press charges yourself and get her checked, she will obviously show that she has had sex and then it will be shown that all she can deny is that it was him, i think you should have a word with this man and tell him that if he doesnt stay away from her, you are going to go to the police and get them to examine her for sexual intercourse and get him arrested and put on the sex offenders register.

That should scare him, if not you could get some heavies!!!!!

Seems to me like a little undercover work is called for here. Seriously--get a small web cam that you can link to your computer, (if necessary, and it looks like it might be) and, when the two are alone in her room, doing the deed, record it--and forward it on to police. She's lying for him (no doubt), and, at age 13, she is still too young for this kind of activity. I believe that in most states, consent age is between 16 and 21. (Unsure about Arkansas--heard it was as young as 14 there.) The sad option is for her to start calling him "daddy" when the inevitable occurs. He's a sick puppy, obviously. Maybe 10-15 years hard labor might curb that "urge for underage" libido of his. Final choice would be to ask for 24/7 patrols in the area until he's caught. Good luck!

It would take some kind of a sick person to have sex with a thirteen year old and the is known a Statutory Rape. The legal age of consent is 16, not 13. He is a pedophile and needs to be locked up if that is what he really did. You can go to the police and tell them that he had sex with your daughter or friend or whoever she is to you. They will bring the sicko in for questioning and will talk to the 13 year old also. Go for it because if he is preying on little girls his *** needs to be locked up. Good Luck and stick it to him.

This guy shouldn't even be thinkin about that, it is ilegal to have sex under the age of 16, and more than likely she is covering for this pervert(sorry if i spelt that wrong) because of a little thing called puppy love. And try and get this girl to tell the truth; oh and if it is taken to court she can't lie because she must always tell the truth in court, if she does that she could in big trouble.

If your her parent/guardian, and you can prove they had any kind of sexual involvement then call the police and tell then you want this man charged for statutory rape. NAIL HIS *** any man like that should be thrown in jail and the girl should be put in serious counselling if in her mind it is OK to have sex with a 25 y/o man at 13.

Talk to her about how she might not be the only one he has molested. Also talk her into going to counseling. She has to report this sicko before he goes on to other even younger children if he hasn't already. He is a pedeophile and they are never cured. They believe they are doing what the child wants. Hopefully the police will at least investigate the case and get her into a safe environment away from him. Many of thes sickos threaten the child with physical harm to the family or younger siblings. With 13 year olds a lot of ttime they convince the girl that they love them to keep them from telling.

This is so sad! This man is sick! I am so sorry that you are experiencing this, but how/why is a 13 y/o girl alone w/ a grown man? Perhaps she should be involved in scool activities, sports, music, or some activity that will keep her involved. Also, if you have to move, then so be it!

Last, you can go file a police report as her mother! It doesn't matter that she is denying it, at least you go file that report (which will in itself cause all kinds of problems in his life) and if she does not support your accusations at least you have shown the initiative, and you are also showing that you are not bullshi**ing with this guy!!! You never know, once you file that report, he may have other similar offenses against him, and you will be helping to put strike against him. Go file that report as soon as possible!!!! Please!!! -Janet

have her seen by a doctor, if they can find any "leftovers" or any trauma, then thats enough. I wish I knew why this freak would do a 13 year old. Unless, and no offense, he's mexican....in that case, it could be a culture thing. But not as much these days. Good luck

I think that a statutory rape claim can still be filed by her parents. Is there any proof of a romantic relationship like letters or pictures of them two together would really help the case.
