I mean are they like universities in US where masters degree students get full scholarships in form of assistantships and also get paid in turn. I know that mostly all the publilc universities in Germany do not charge tuition fee but does it happen like it does in US? Thanks.

The stipends come from the German government, not the universities. You would need to hold German citizenship to get one. But since there is no tuition fee, and the cost of living can be covered comfortably doing student jobs, you should be fine. If you can earn about $500 a month, you're OK. A friend of mine waitered in an Irish Bar, of which there are a lot in Germany. Being an English speaker will make you a prime candidate for that job if you want it.

in case you talk German, maximum universities grant unfastened or low priced college coaching, and international pupils are admitted. Fachhochschule Pforzheim, between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe, provides a international corporation certificates application with instructions in English. It additionally provides a ordinary MBA application (to boot as different application) with maximum instructions in German.
