Does anybody know a website where my 13 year old cousine can apply for scholarships????Because he really wants to be a general physician.

Well schooling is free until about 18, so he has a little bit of time before he has to worry about it. In the mean time he can work hard, do lots of extracurriculars, and stay away from distractions. I'm sure many options will be available for him once he gets to the college level. Good luck!

You need to wait until you are ready to enter college to apply for scholarships. Until then your cousin should study and apply themself the best they can so their grades will warrant a scholarship when the time comes
