hey bunny its quite a simple question.
here u can see the clock will shows the time as follows :-
9:00am 9:09am 9:19am 9:29am 9:39am 9:49am 9:59am
10:09am 10:19am 10:29am 10:39am 10:49am 10:59am
11:09am 11:19am 11:29am
here u can see 9 comes for 16 times
so answer for question is 16.

69 minutes. 60 minutes between 09:00 and 9:59. Thereafter for 9 minutes between 10:09-10:09:59 etc.

total up the nines for each hr and that gives u a grand total of.... figure that one will be displayed for eight mins b4 u get to the second nine then another 8mins for the third and so forth and so forth ....9.009.1929394959,then eight more before u see another nine ...10;09.so forth
