Well, get a better song first of all. And go dance to have fun. What makes a dance fun is putting you into it not just going through the steps. And idk what kind of dancing you're shooting for but personally I'm a big freestyle guy and I listen to the beats as well as the rise and fall of the song. Don't try to like, act out the words to the song. Lots if people try that when they start, not a good idea. Focus on the background stuff. And feel it, don't force it. It'll be fun if you have fun.

Let's put it this way. Anything a guy does on the dance floor, a woman does in high heels and backwards, and keeps right on smiling.

Depends on the step, the finer motor coordination it takes the more likely it would be a woman, the stronger movements that take more gross muscle control it would be men.

as children boys and girls are pretty much the same in this respect.
as adults though women seem to pick up faster and easier.
the reasons for this are too many to explain here...
anyway, this is not an absolute rule

I THINK WOMAN BECAUSE WOMAN LEARN HOW 2 DO ALOT OF THINGZ FASTER THAN MEN........MEN ARE JUST NOT INTO STUFF LIKE DAT THERE MORE INTO VIDEO GAMES
