In TAMIL, he is gaining lot of the unwanted bad reviews especially in GODFATHER & JILLUNU ORU KADAL
In HINDI, the music of RANG DE BASANDI is very bad.But the re-recordings are appreciatable.The film MANGAL PANDEY's music is also too bad
Do you think that a.r.rahman is becoming worst & losing his concentration in music.......
Because i too a great fan of a
ARR but certainly iam very much angry about his music nowadays

A.R Rahman is a great music director, he has always been great and will always remain great.
Movies like godfather and Jilluno oru kadal doesnt reuqire A.R Rahman's talent. That is why he does not put much work into the movie. Rang de basandi was not that bad but i agree its not his best but thats because he experimented alot in that album.
He is still making great music; like Yuva and swades. And u know Guru is going to have a awsome soundtrack.
A.R Rahman is definately not loosing his touch. He is making musical masterpieces in movies like Warriors of Heaven and Earth, and he also did the music for the lord of the rings musical, which is just mind blowing.
Yes Himesh is a good singer, but he is too overrated. He is a breath of fresh air for bollwood but not worth all the hype. Most of his songs sound alike and if u notice he depends alot on synthesizers and electronic components to hide his voice.
AR Rahman is still the best he is just working on bigger productions that involve alot of his time, he does projects like godfather and movies like that just for the extra cash

godfather and jillunu are bad. but rang de basanti is an exception try hearing the songs repeatedly you will like it. i expect the forthcoming movies guru,sivaji etc will do better. i dont think arr is stupid
himesh is a national waste.he will be out from the field in near future, no varieties in songs.he know only one tune. his singing is like crying of an asss.
yuvan is like his father. will come up and give us great music
harris jayraj is like himesh. a man with only one tune , he modifies it and some asses likes it.

U r right to some extent but his music is not so worse but very slow & not upto the mark.He really had to go with music market & what people really wants & music should be catchy also.
