Live with it. Girls decide in their own minds what is true about a guy concerning the relationship they have with them, and nothing short of a miracle will make them change their minds. Heaven forbid they should willing admit they were wrong. :)

talk to her and let her know that you value her friendship, but you are not interested in being more than that. Let her know you did not mean to hurt her feelings, and would still like to be friends with her. Really good friends are hard to find, so hang on to the ones you have, if possible.

than what i would do is to tell her straight up that you're not attracted to her in that way and fot her to just get over it.
