Do you find it intimidating when a woman initiates her seductive intentions?
Nine times out of ten when I initiate sex with my husband, he starts to act nervous. He has told me that when I'm in the mood to let him know but when I do he acts strange. I don't know if he's uncomfortable about my taking the initiative but it always leads to an awkward moment where I usually end up apologizing for bothering him and leaving the room.
If you don't like your woman to play the dominate role, what are some suggestions on letting him know without making a fool out of myself?

your not doing anything wrong being the one that initiates sex, most men and I for one would love to have a woman do just what your doing, your man just might be 1 of 1,000 and maybe it's not that your being the one that initiates sex but the way your doing it, try to be more settle with your moves and look at it as if your trying to get a virgin into bed fro the first time, knowing that he wants what your trying to give him. he's just not comfortable on the way your trying to accomplish it . take your time and insure that he's not involved in anything at that time either, most men love sex, its the only thing we think about every few minutes of every hour of every day.
try to let him know that your not trying to embarrass him in no way it's just that you find him so irresistible and can't find the strength to hold it within you. i don't see you having any trouble working this out with him, you may need to change your delivery slightly and within a few week your have him jumping on you prior to the both of you getting to the room of your choice. have fun and you should feel totally blessed to have the feeling towards your husband, many woman don't have the ability to be so forward and to be so honest with their desires. and in no way should you ever feel like a fool, if any one here is in need of wearing that title he's the one.

Playing a dominate role is very different from initiating. Initiating is telling him you are horny and want him to give you some. Dominating can overly intimidate the man or more than likely make him not in the mood. Most men like to be in charge, and having a woman call the shots is not a turn-on.

Next time, just tell him you feel horny and need him to satisfy you. If he ignores you, quietly play with yourself in his indirect view.

First of all, most guys would kill for a woman like you describe.

But if he gets nervous (sheesh! pansy!) when you come on to him, perhaps invent a little signal for him. If you send him a cell phone photo of a flower or a bottle of wine that might mean you're in the mood, or if you're both home and you light a certain candle or put on a Diana Krall CD that's the signal.

If that's too much for him, he needs to man up and just enjoy it. Geez he needs to grow a 3-day stubble, drink a beer, rub his face, and spit on the floor and other guy stuff. The big wuss.

Take a bath, light some candles, wear a sexy nighty, go up to him and say I am going to bed. If that doesn't do it, he's dead.

You have to be honest with him, however you must understand that he may not be honest with you. It is hard to tell your spouse that you aren't really interested at the moment without hurting her feelings. Help each other understand each of your needs and desires and be willing to accept rejection without feeling foolish.

I would start by wearing lingerie so that he sees instead of you coming onto him. Looking he might see that wow she wants me. light some candles. Invite him to the room and give him a massage. Sit on his lap and kiss him in a special way.
