If your intention was to aggravate her to the point of killing you and you made no effort to stop her than it should be considered suicide... getting the law to buy it is the problem.

No, it's called Battered Wife Syndrome. She can argue that after being mentally abused by you, she was forced to kill you.

It would be considered manslaughter.

Manslaughter- un-intentional killing of a person (They were there)

Murder- planned out often with revenge in mind
