Would you vote mostly on your opinions on
a. The war in Iraq
b. Gay/lesbian marriage or
c. The abortion issue
Im doing a survey in Social Studies and instead of going door to door my mom said that I should ask the Yahoo people since there are many with different points of view. Could you please say if your pro or anti on what issue you would be mostly voting for?

None of these....I think it would be irresponsible to vote according to just one or even all of these combined. There's so much more to help a person decide. Although, to alot of people these are the forefront..... good luck.

I'd go with my conscience and vote for the candidate that supports my views on the majority of the issues you've listed. Based on that list, I'd have to go with the Democrat because they are more likely to leave the abortion laws ALONE and leave their religious beliefs out of the equation and allow the Gays and Lesbians get married.
As far as the war goes, I guess I support the Republican agenda but with that being said, it would take a lot more time for a President from a different party to make any changes. It wouldn't be over-night or even over one 4 yr term.

there should be a 'd' for economy, as that is my selling point. as there is none, I would have to say Iraq and the sad tangled mess our pres has gotten us into. I do support gay/lesbian marriage as I think everyone has an equal right to be legally miserable. As for abortion, it is law and I accept that. I do not feel it is right as there are so many other options available making the need for it no longer necessary

I would vote on the candidate and whatever issues that candidate may stand for. I would imagine that if the election were tomorrow that the war in Iraq would be the biggest thing people would vote on

I would vote according to whom I felt had the best interests of the people at heart in regards to many different issues, not just a few.

I WOULD BASE MY VOTE ON ALL THREE ISSUES, BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL VITALLY IMPORTANT TO THIS COUNTRY.
WE NEED TO SEE THE WAR THOUGH SINCE WE ARE ALREADY OVER THERE.
