YUP! my OB told me that it was caused by the weakening of the pelvic muscles. I had it after the birth of my daughter and i am still doing kegel excercises to strengthen the pelvic muscles..

When I was pregnant, a sneeze, a cough, laughing too hard all caused me to leak a little bit. Most of the time I was at work when it would happen. When I knew a sneeze was coming on, I would cross my legs and tighten up those muscles that control the urine. Maybe you should try Kegel exercises. Clench the muscles you use to control your flow of urine, clench for a few seconds then release. Keep doing these as often as you can. The best part is no one knows you are doing them, so do it at work, while watching a movie or on the phone. Strengthen these muscles otherwise, start wearing panty liners!

The muscles just get stretched out... incontenence is common in moms. Kegel exercises can help.

1 in 3 women have a weak bladder during pregnancy and after childbirth, during pregnancy its because the baby can push on the bladder but after childbirth its very common to have a weak bladder due to the stress of pregnancy and childbirth on the body, wear panty liners and this should stop any embarrassing moments, Its just a little extra protection and make women more confident. Best wishes.

I too have experienced that joy. I went to the hospital last week due to dehydration and when they asked if I was urinating I had to say "only when I vomit". Isn't pregnancy wonderful? I am on my 4th baby and I think it just gets worse each time. Good luck. Try a pantyliner if it bothers you a lot.

Yes it is normal. You have all the weight of the baby, uterus, placenta, water, etc riding on yoru bladder. So when you sneeze, it creates extra pressure on your bladder and pushes some of the urine out. I had it alot when I was pregnant. Keep some pantyliners with you so you can keep from wetting yourself and all. Good luck!

Yes! I done that all the time when i was pregnant. I would have to cross my legs just to stop from peeing on myself. This is embarrassing but when i was 35 weeks pregnant, my baby jumped and hit my bladder and i peed on myself and thought my water broke.

It's absolutely normal. It just means the baby is pushing on your bladder a little more than usual. I had the same thing and my doctor said it was okay.

Yes it is normal it is just the way the baby is laying. It could get worse but I don't think nothing to worry about ask your doc. Sometimes you carry them low down. It could cause the baby to come sooner.in some cases.
