I have asked a couple questions about this before, and I'm NOT looking for a diagnoses and YES I know I need to see a doctor ASAP. I have an appt. Friday morning but until then I'm trying to find a little peace of mind. Inside my vaginal wall, half way in on the left, is like a little "tunnel" that leads to a round, ball-shaped mass. I know that I have ovarian cysts, but I'm not sure if this is something totally different or not. It is painful when touched, and my cysts have become more painful since I noticed this mass inside. Anyone with any advice whatsoever PLEASE help me.

I am not a virgin, I have a 4 year old son, and I found it cleaning myself after my period.

It's very possible that you have a second cervix/uterus and that "tunnel," is the canal leading to it. It isn't that rare. If you have one, you actually get TWO pap smears, from each place. Good luck!!
