I happen not to have a single decent pair of socks available in my closet. For some reason they are "worn" ... what's the word.... stretched? loose... they look silly when using shorts.

The question is, why do they spoil so quickly.. I think I use them once and they are done. I'm the only one in my family with this "problem" ...

any ideas? is it the way I put them on, take them off? Does this happen often to you, tips? cookies, hugs?

Yes it probably is in the way you take them off. When you remove them, you should pull a little on the bottom of the sock be the heal. Then pull the sock off by the toe part of the foot. Your probably removing them from the top which stretches them out.

My husband had the same problem, mind you, he always bought cheap socks, I started buying some more expensive ones for him, they last much longer. I'm not sure that this applies to you but, maybe try a different brand.

it can be the way you handle them or it can be that the washer and dryer are way too hot and eat up the elastic, or did they come from the dollar store?
