Easy!

They're going to start to encroach on human "territory" and we'll see and hear about more man vs. nature encounters on the news. This will more than likely come in the form of accident reports from vehicles on the road, people’s pets being attacked by the animals, backyards becoming habitats for “unwanted” wildlife and people being fearful of attacks from wild animals.

The result will be an extended hunting season on the “nuisance” wildlife such as deer, birds, etc. as the government reports will claim they are overpopulated.

The predators will then start to die off as their source of food has been diminished by the hunters. Eventually conservatory groups will come by and seize some creatures for preservation in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries but the rest will fall victim to “forced euthanasia” by police as calls of “rabid” wild animals walking down the street flood the stations.

Eventually a desperate, half starved wild animal might try to attack a human being that comes too close. This attack will spark an outcry in the community as public officials try to hunt down the animal and private citizens also take up arms and scour the countryside for this “criminal”. A half a dozen carcasses of bobcats, mountain lions, etc. will be examined as one of them is determined to be the one that belongs to this criminal. The community will be happy once again as unbalance is restored.

I’d say it’s pretty open-shut, wouldn’t you?

You know what will happen??? They will start invading the neighborhoods that occupy where they used to live and people will start killing them more and more because they are a nuisance or a "danger" to people. Unfortunately this is happening everywhere. I wish there was something more we could do. The one thing we can do especially today is get out and vote for candidates that want to protect our forests and natural resources. We need people in office that will protect our animals from becoming endangered. OK thanks for listening to my little soapbox.

It drives me crazy when I hear "sport" hunters use the excuse of "overpopulation" as a reason to kill more and more wildlife, hiding behind the idea that they're doing the animals a favor by killing them and thus preventing starvation. Everyone seems to forget that until encroaching, greedy and wasteful people destroyed or drove out natural predators and/or natural prey, overpopulations of wildlife was never a problem. Historically, people have caused environmental imbalances and instead of restricting our own behaviors, we have made wildlife pay the price.

people have no sense. the animals were here first. and although i'm against hunting as a "sport ", i do know tons of people that need to hunt to help feed their families. if we keep taking over, the animals we may need someday will be gone. we can get upset and protest, but until people practice more self-control, too many babies will keep getting born. there are plenty of children that need good loving homes, but people keep insisting on half a dozen of there own. those babies grow up and want their own homes, but they run out their potential food source to build.

They'll die. OMG! We should start a petition or something. I'm a environmentalists, so. I wonder where we should put it. I'll start an email or something. What area do you live in? You don't have to tell me, but start something. Maybe here?

they're going to be extinct, that's what's going to happen. and then the whole balance of the food chain is going to be all messed up, and whatever environment is left is going to be all messed up. and whatever animals are left will be "invading" human territory (which is actually the territory we stole from them), and we're going to see them as raging maniac animals and kill them. i know, it's sad!!!!!!
