Why should Americans do anything! It is an African problem in Africa - let them deal with it themselves, if they can not - tough luck.

Bush has nothing to do with AIDS in Africa, the US spends billions every year on humanitarian aid for other countries which we've been doing for decades (yes during the Clinton administration which anti-Bush people don't like to hear). Instead of squandering our money and giving it to the African warlords (which is where the money really goes to), the government needs to wake up and spend the money on our own people. We cant help others until we can help ourselves. We have plenty of sick and dying people that need help too! And when AIDS kills far less people a year than Heart Disease and Cancer, (AIDS isn't even in the top 10 by the way) why should it get all the publicity that it currently does? AIDS gets more money annually than Heart Disease and Cancer combined...

America is sending more money to Africa and any other country in the world. Many private companies are doing the same, sending money to help those already affected with AIDS and trying to use the money also to educate the people in Africa.

Americans have done enough in Africa ,Africa would be far better off if they did not go there .
and how did Aids get into Africa in the first place ,maybe you should research that

Africa? What about in America? Don't you think we need to help our people here? We may not talk about aids as much as we did in the begining, but it still exist here in America. People here are dying all the time. Ceck out your local Aids Foundation to see what you can do to help the peoply right near you.
