I am not thinking of commiting an armed robery. I am a student and I am writing a paper for my Crimonology class. I need to know the minimun and maximum terms. Thanks.

Alright, According to the attached website, aggravated robbery is a class 3 felony. Presumptive minimum is 4 years, presumptive maximum is 12 years. Check out the site it will give you a lot of good information. You will want to look up the laws concerning Federal sentencing guidelines, and what would cause a case of armed robbery to be bumped up to the federal level. I hope this helps.

it varies as who the judge is at the time of seceting. it can be .5. years to.10. years ?
