I believe that you go by the tags on clothes to be the best way to tell..If a newborn at age 2mths isnt fitting into "newborn" clothes, then he isnt a newborn. I have two other children at home, but this is my fourth pregnancy. I hope that helps.

I think most people stop calling them newborns around three months but I still refer to my five month old as a newborn from time to time LOL

I usually stop thinking of them as newborns around 3 months. That's when they lose that "newborn" look and start to fill out in the face and body and they get those cute little baby rolls of fat. It's also when they start responding to you by laughing and smiling and trying to talk, and they may get mobile by starting to roll over. That's my personal definition.

Well you could stop now or later it is really up to you when people ask you how old he is just tell them 2 months
