I'm really worried about my mom (awww yea I know lol anyways…) cuz she is having bad pain in her hands and feet like they are burning. She said she felt better after she massaged one foot but doesn't have the strength to massage the other. But she can still walk and grab things normally. She has a small fever too. She started to hurt about two days ago while shopping with her friends. Thanks for your help

I just read an article in the paper that burning feet can be caused by too much caffiene, but I would tell her to seek a doctor

Does she have diabetes? This could cause the burning. However, since she has a fever, she could have an autoimmune disease. A doctor's visit is in order.

She needs to see a doctor. Only an expert can determine the situation well.

well...it could be an early sign of arthritis...or it could e a muscular or nervous system problem...i would think it'd be a nervous system problem especially since it's only in the extremities....it could also be an infection....she should probably go to teh doctor before it progresses to the point where she can't grasp things....
