Rahul Dravid in test matches: 146 catches in 104 matches
Mohd. Azharuddin in ODIs: 156 in 334 ODI matches
If you combine both ODIs and Tests: Mohd Azharuddin: 261 catches in international matches.
However the above are for non-wicketkeepers. If wicketkeepers are taken into consideration, Nayan Mongia has 209 catches (ODIs + tests), which is still less than Azharuddin's feat.

Rahul Dravid holds the record of Most catches for India in Test Matches as well as One Day Internationals.
He has taken 146 catches in 104 Test Matches and 180 catches in 300 One Day Internationals till date.
