i have hemorrhoids real bad and what i do to get relief when they flare up which is pretty often is
first of all keep the area real clean, after using the bathroom immediately take a warm bath, if thats not possible then use like them wet wipes and clean. i have tried them creams like preparation h and they don't really help me because u have to insert them if u have them on the inside and y would u put something there when it already hurts. don't make sense so unless u have them on the outside only don't use that.
but warm baths really really helps alot. put some epsom salt in there too. and just sit in it awhile and read or something.
another thing is make sure u don't get constipated , i eat a bowl of bran cereal to make sure u don't get constipated
other than that there really isn't anything u can do but go to a doc and get them lasered off, but i don't have the funds to do that for myself so its a daily fight .
good luck and hope it helps

Rue Care Oil is successfully treating hemorrhoids, it also strengthen the veins and so preventing hemorrhoids from returning.
First results are usually seen already after the first application, while relief comes within a week.

1. focus on relaxing.
Then, if you want to feel like a moron, go buy some preparation H and try not to care as the cute girl behind the sales counter snickers.
BEST - get an ice cube.
It works VERY quickly. It's cold , but works. A hemmoroid is actually a small area of skin inflamed with blood.
Good Luck, oh yeah and avoiding sitting for long periods of time helps too. Someone also told me that wearing underwear in the wintertime can cause them ?

u consult with your surgeon. Cryosurgery has been a proven method for the complete cure of haemorrhoids. it is a cold treatment, u can go out of the hospital in the same day itself.
So, pls do not worry, u can lead a normal life again. No restriction in chicken or egg intake.

They can be treated with Preparation H but persistent cases are hard to clear up.
Hot baths do help to shrink them. Never sit on cold, damp surfaces. Only sit on dry wood surfaces. Try to avoid very spicy foods.
They are a pest and when we get them, its a likelyhood that they will be a pest most of our lives.

You can either go the Doctor and have them seen to, or put up with the pain until they shrink back. Try to eat more fibre, don't lift anything too heavy and don't sit on cold, hard surfaces.

well, they are a pain in the ***, that's for sure. Suppositories provide a little relief, but not a lot. See your doctor and have your butt reamed.

Preparation H and eating soup. Cleaning yourself regularly and not stressing out over what you can't change.
