Assorted Snack Mix - it's full of fall colors and you could have the kids make a box out of construction paper to put it in
have the kids measure out a cup or 1/2 cup increments and mix together the following ingredients:
peanuts
chocolate chips
candy corn
walnuts
dried apricots
dried cranberries

Pumpkin spice cookies baked in cut outs of turkeys. They can ice them with red and brown icing (use plastic bags and cut the corner out to make them into pastry bags. My kids love cooking and to make sweets are the BOMB!
