I think it feels great, cause unlike other people who just go around and type stuff to get points, I put alot of thought and effort into answering people's questions to the best of my ability. And although I do not have alot of answers completed, I do have a 44% Best answer rating from not just one catagory, but many different ones that I have knowledge in.

Whenever I go back and visit an answer I've given and I see that someone who answered after me gave me a compliment about having a good answer, I feel like and actually do thank God for being able, standing ready, and willing to best help someone. If and when I get 10 points, I do want my answer to be one definitely deserving of the points. It feels good earning the points I get having the best answer in the asker or voter's opinion.

In looking at the answerers to this question, it is interesting that mostly they are Yahoo junkies, 1 level 3, 3 at level 5 and, 1 at level 6.
On your question, yes, sometimes I am pleased about the outcome and get a little boost to my pride and on the otherhand, sometimes on here I am blown away by the unintelligent people (wow, some people are low on grey matter).
