I dont know about now but *true story* Barney used to be played by a black actor and the K.K.K. *brain surgeons that they are >( * wrote protest letters to PBS and tried to either get the show taken off the air or have one of their own inbred genetic reject type people do the role cuz they didnt want their kids watching a black actor..gimme a break!!!!
