I thought this was an interesting Q so I decided to do a quick web search for you. Here's what I found:
The Drag Queen's Cookbook and Guide to Sensible Living http://www.rambles.net/campe_drag.html (great review)
and a movie: The Queen, behind the scenes look and interview w/ drag queens

Try getting a book from Kevin Aucoin called "making faces"...He was one of the best make-up artists in the world. God rest his soul. He's terribly missed. In this book he paint's the faces of many celebrities like Cher, Drew Barrymore, Lisa Marie Presley, Isabella Rossellini & many others... He made Lisa Marie look like Marilyn Monroe, Isabella like Barbara Streisand, Drew like a 1940's starlet. It's the best make up book ever made.

These sites are more for drag queens in a flamboyant fashion, than one for blending into a crowd, but I'm not sure what you're looking for:

http://www.ggreg.com/bm/dragqueen101.asp

http://www.amazon.com/Miss-Veras-Cross-Dress-Success-Resource/dp/0812991958/sr=8-9/qid=1162875247/ref=pd_bbs_9/104-6747574-6088722?ie=UTF8&s=books

'Making Faces' is also good, but not particularly for drag queens.

Sorry that I can't find any more, but I'm sure you'll look gorgeous.

Aucoin's book, "Making Faces," does include a 'transformation' example where a guy is made over to look like a girl.

http://www.cross-dressing-guide.com/ offers a guide covering the whole package, including makeup, but I don't know how good it is.

Just looked on Froogle under:

drag queen beauty book

with no success.

I might have been using cruddy terms, however, so I'd try it out myself and see what happens
