Hydrogen came about through a process called Big Bang nucleosynthesis. In the first three minutes of the universe's existence, hydrogen, helium, and trace amounts of lithium and beryllium came into existence. Heavier elements formed only through fusion inside stars, much later.

The first hydrogen atom was created the same as any other. It is all energy viberating at a specific level of intensity. What does an molecules of light look like? Take that molecule and put it into a void. Then create a specific sound and that will make that molecule viberate at a certain level, creating matter. All matter is made up of molecules that contain from two to hundreds of millions of atoms.

Interesting question. I guess the answer depends on whether you believe that hydrogen was the first element ever created.
Perhaps a lonely proton met an equally lonely electron and said "Hey, why don't we get together and make Hydrogen?"...and so they did....:-)

There is no answer to that except perhaps, it was all there before the big bang, god did it or the fairy. Until there is solid scientific proof you are free to believe whatever you like without appearing to be a moron.

Hydrogen is a naturally occuring element. It is not something we make.
