According to HR 6166 EH, the torture bill, no, freedom of speech no longer exists in this country if you are in the U.S.
There are a lot of puppet identities and a few packs that attack together. You may note some questions are insult free and others will have the same group throwing mud (with atrocious grammar, worse spelling and no manners) en mas.

while a unmarried sentence, even taken out of context, is sufficient to sink a presidential marketing campaign that costs some hundred million money, freedom of speech ought to nevertheless exist, regardless of if it relatively is going to value you your interest. Freedom of Speech has continually had effects. And the liberty it speaks approximately is your good to no longer be prosecuted via the government. In different arenas you're on your individual and there are lions available.

RE: freedom of speech applies
Yes, but as Oliver Wendell Holmes noted, you can't yell fire in a crowded theatre. If we say things in a way that threatens or disrupts the peace, so as to cause a breach, others may react by spouting back or by cutting off the source of the disruption.
The same First Amendment that spells out freedom of speech, or of the press, also proclaims the right of the people "peaceably" to assemble and to petition for a redress of grievances. You have to balance peace and freedom to maintain justice and order. If you exercise your freedoms to disrupt the "peace," or are perceived as doing so, you violate the same law that checks itself when practiced and enforced equally.
As human beings, we all have inherent rights and freedoms -- free exercise of religion, freedom of speech and press, and the right peaceably to assemble and to petition; but the limit on this is we cannot abuse our rights and freedoms to cause a breach of the peace, by imposing on the security of others.
We must respect the same boundaries if we want the same.
Keep exercising your rights civilly, and encourage others to do the same. If this leads to a perceived imposition, do your best to apologize and make the exchange safe again for all participants. That is the best we can do. So keep doing it.

It's only yahoo answers. Crying lack of Freedom of Speech due to being censored on this forum is spitting on the graves of those who died for the real thing (and who are right now in Iraq for others.)
Get off of Yahoo and get a more exciting life - one where you can actually exercise your free speech instead of moaning about a corporations right to censor you as they see fit - it's their medium - they own it.

Good question. I had mine deleted and I still can't figure out why? Accept that someone didn't agree with the Facts that I was presenting in my question and it defied their thoughts. I remember a person said consider yourself reported. because they said I was speaking bad about the yahoo community? and i have demanded yahoo to provide me detail of what was the offense. still waiting. although i did tell them that i think there is someone who doesn't agree with my politics and is reporting me and that is violation of #10 on the guidelines. still waiting for them to get back to me.. but yeah you are right there is someone out there doing this to everyone that they do not agree with their political views... sad very sad..

Justice only applies to those who can financially afford it.
If you take legal action to set a president for online censorship as unconstitutional:
I'll applaud you !
