Why would you want to subordinate someone? Unless you're talking about a little innocent role playing, and that's just a fantasy thing....it's not really subordination.

Are you saying your the boss over someone that is older than you? It happens all the time. Im my department we hae a great manager and he is 20 years younger than a lot of us. You manage the older ones the same as you do the younger ones.

You mean you want to be the top and your friend is older? Age has nothing to do with being top or bottom. If you want to be a top and he wants to be a bottom, do it. If visa versa -- do it; just love each other and have fun.
